Getting out in nature can help bring a sense of ease, well-being, spaciousness and gratitude to our practice.  Enjoy the company of meditating friends on some beautiful outdoor adventures. Previous expeditions include mindful hikes in the local Southern California mountains, silent beach walks both day and night, and sky gazing.
