Mindful Movement Drop-In Class

Enjoy embodied presence, connectedness, and celebration as we move to music!  Let your body be your guide and express itself without judgment or worry about how anyone else might perceive you. You get to feel the music and what it’s like to be you, at home in your body, moving mindfully, attending to the sensations, letting yourself dance slow and fast, and then finally coming into stillness. If you like, you can step back from the zoom screen, or use it as an opportunity to let go and practice self-compassion with your inner critic. You can shake off tension, build self-acceptance and allow yourself to play. Plus it’s a nice physical workout, offering a flood of endorphins and a chance to open your heart.
